Sydney is not the capital of Australia but a lot of people think so. It has a population of 4.576 million people. The Sydney harbour bridge is the widest long-span and tallest steel arch bridge in the world.It has the deepest natural harbour in the world with 504,00 mega litres of water. The Queen Victoria building (QVB) was built to commemorate Queen Elizabeth I on reaching her diamond jubilee.
Sydney opera house
The Sydney opera house is the most recognisable landmark of Sydney. It was opened by Queen Elizabeth II on the 20th of October 1973. It has it`s own opera written about it called
The Eight Wonder. It was written by Alan John.
